Monty’s is our newest venue, opening soon in the Orange CBD. It’s built around great produce, good energy, and a dining experience that feels considered without being overdone. This is a place where food, people, and the way we run the room all matter.

We’re currently looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen from day one. Someone who can shape the menu, build the team, and set the standard.
